• Provide executive-level support to C-suite leadership, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate financial processes such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with precision.
• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM platforms to streamline office workflows.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries, delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
• Implement organizational strategies to improve operational efficiency and stability.
• Collaborate with team members to support nonprofit initiatives and events.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of office activities.
• Proven experience in database management and office administration.
• Familiarity with nonprofit operations and donor-related processes.
• Strong background in financial services, including AP and AR.
• Proficiency in software tools such as ADP, Concur, and CRM systems.
