Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals battling behavioral health challenges. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

What You'll Do
- Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments through interviews, observations, and standardized tools.
- Diagnosing mental health and substance abuse disorders based on DSM criteria.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Offer crisis intervention
- Document session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports according to agency policy.
- Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care.
- Facilitate discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing care.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families.
What You Need
- Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current and unrestricted Florida RMHCI, LMHC, RCSWI or LCSW licenses or Licensed Psychologist. (LMFT and CAP-only certifications are not eligible for this position.)
- Experience in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting (preferred but not required).
- CPR Certification
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
