Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive industrial maintenance knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team. This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, compliance with safety standards, and maintaining overall operational efficiency. The Maintenance Supervisor will also play a key role in implementing maintenance strategies and leading improvement projects throughout the facility.
Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and support the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective task completion

Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across all plant equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage) using schematics, meters, and diagnostic tools

Maintain and repair HVAC systems, mechanical components, and industrial machinery

Coordinate maintenance with production teams to minimize operational downtime

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, especially regarding electrical and industrial procedures

Plan and manage maintenance budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

Train and mentor maintenance staff on technical skills, safety practices, and standard procedures

Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment records
Qualifications
-
Proven experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities

Strong team management and leadership skills

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems (including high voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, PLCs, and diagnostic tools

Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Familiarity with project management for maintenance planning and execution

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to train and guide staff

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
