Job Details
- Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of quality assurance systems.
- Oversee all internal audits and corrective action efforts.
- Collaborate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams to solve quality issues.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, and other contract-driven standards.
- Analyze trends and outcomes to drive improvements and minimize defects.
- Mentor and train staff on best practices in QA/QC procedures.
What You Bring:
- Active CMQ/OE Certification
- Minimum 3 years in QMS management under ISO 9001
- Expertise in internal audits and process improvement
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or contract manufacturing preferred
