Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Current School Year Contract
Compensation:Starting at $45 an Hour

Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school district in Sanford, Florida. This role provides the opportunity to support students communication skills, enhance their academic success, and collaborate closely with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services to students across grade levels

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Florida SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY under supervision

• Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEPs
