We’re thrilled to open our new store at Boca Town Center Mall, bringing Scandinavian design to South Florida. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new store from the ground up and become part of our growing U.S. retail team.
We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about design, interiors, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is motivated, friendly, and design-oriented, with an eye for aesthetics and a drive to succeed. You’ll help customers discover handcrafted solid wood furniture and create inspiring home spaces — while earning a solid hourly wage and attractive performance bonuses.
Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service

Present and explain our solid wood Scandinavian furniture collections and design philosophy

Maintain a strong knowledge of showroom inventory and current displays

Process custom and special orders accurately

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally

Support store sales goals and contribute to a positive, team-driven environment
Qualifications

1+ year of retail or sales experience preferred (furniture experience a plus, not required)

Genuine interest in Scandinavian design, interiors, or home décor

Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting

Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays included)
