Job Title: Property Manager - Multi-Property Oversight (Florida)

Seeking a highly organized, proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple residential properties in
Florida from our Fort Lauderdale office. Must excel in multitasking, vendor coordination, and tenant relations with
excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, compliance, and vendor performance.
- Conduct regular inspections for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Maintain and update property listings (Facebook, Zillow, MLS, Avail).
- Create and manage a shared Google Sheet for tracking listings.
- Promptly address tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Manage annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and rent collection.
- Assist in planning capital improvements and overseeing large-scale projects.
- Maintain accurate records for leases, contracts, and financial transactions.
Executive Assistant Support:
- Vendor management, procurement negotiations, and record-keeping.
- Oversee payroll, timekeeping accuracy, and biweekly reporting.
- Coordinate tenant communications, monitor rent payments, and document maintenance activities.
- Develop and enforce structured systems and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure digital file organization and data accuracy across platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox).
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with AI tools highly preferred.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with city violations preferred.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
- Proven experience managing multiple properties.
- Strong knowledge of Florida property laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Available for emergencies and after-hours situations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Florida CAM license preferred.
