We are currently seeking a Residential Electrician!
Knowledge with both rough and trim. Who will strive to provide safe and professional electrical systems for a variety of new Construction home builders. Is experienced in either production spec homes or custom homes.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Familiarity with current electric codes for electric installation
- Troubleshoot breaker and lighting circuits for final electric inspections
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to deadlines and standards set by the company
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in new construction electrical in either spec homes or custom homes
- Familiarity with electrical blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
