Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in Naples, FL. This is a contract position scheduled from January 5, 2026, through May 29, 2026, offering 37.5 hours per week on-site.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and overseeing behavioral intervention plans for students across various grade levels.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Working directly with IBI autism classrooms and other specialized educational settings.
- Conducting assessments and providing ongoing behavioral data collection.
- Ensuring compliance with best practices and licensure requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure is required.
- Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably within K-12 settings.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Location:
