Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Certified Designated Representative (CDR) to join our team on a full-time basis. The CDR will play a key role in maintaining full compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations, ensuring the integrity and professionalism of our Licensed Drug Wholesaler operations.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, oversee compliance initiatives, and manage licensing, reporting, and documentation processes to ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmaceutical regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact with the Florida Board of Pharmacy and other regulatory agencies.

Oversee and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing pharmaceutical wholesale operations.

Facilitate applications, renewals, and maintenance of all required licenses and permits.

Stay informed of changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to compliance procedures.

Manage new state licensing and renewal projects, ensuring timely submissions and documentation accuracy.

Prepare and file all required state and federal pharmaceutical reports.

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) align with NABP standards and update them as needed.

Support internal teams with training, documentation, and compliance awareness, maintaining accurate training logs.

Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors to ensure seamless and compliant business operations.

Apply industry best practices and project management standards in all assigned compliance and regulatory tasks.
Required Qualifications

Active Florida CDR License - Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in each of the following areas:

Pharmaceuticals
-
Rx Compliance
-
Management / Supervisory role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external regulatory authorities.

Strong organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and compliance accuracy.
