Kapella Group / Global Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial renovation projects ranging from $500K to $15 million. This position will be based out of our Miami, Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of assigned projects, from preconstruction through close-out.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedules are maintained and updated weekly.
- Oversee subcontractor work, review/approve invoices, and manage change orders.
- Maintain organized and timely project records, logs, and reports.
- Build strong client relationships with consistent, proactive communication.
- Lead the close-out process to ensure projects are delivered to client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of project management experience with a General Contractor (required).
- Strong experience managing commercial renovation projects (preferred).
- Experience working in Senior Living or Hospitality facilities (preferred).
- Experience managing projects in occupied commercial spaces (preferred).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
