Kapella Group / Global Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial renovation projects ranging from $500K to $15 million. This position will be based out of our Miami, Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of assigned projects, from preconstruction through close-out.
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedules are maintained and updated weekly.
  • Oversee subcontractor work, review/approve invoices, and manage change orders.
  • Maintain organized and timely project records, logs, and reports.
  • Build strong client relationships with consistent, proactive communication.
  • Lead the close-out process to ensure projects are delivered to client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of project management experience with a General Contractor (required).
  • Strong experience managing commercial renovation projects (preferred).
  • Experience working in Senior Living or Hospitality facilities (preferred).
  • Experience managing projects in occupied commercial spaces (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
