It’s super busy and we’re looking to hire a new European Motorcycle Sales Specialist! There’s never been a better time to start your new career in the Powersports industry!

Salary plus commissions for the right candidate. Must have a proven track record of 15+ major unit sales per month.

SUMMARY:

Under Sales Manager supervision, a vehicle salesperson is responsible for new/used vehicle buyer customer experience at Broward Motorsports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet customers and introduce them to the dealership

· Assist all customers in making their purchases

· Phone follow up on internet and phone leads

· Assist in organizing vehicle showroom

· Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous sales experience is required.

Must have 5+ years of experience selling major units from at least one of the following brands:

BMW Motorrad

Triumph

Ducati

Bilingual a huge plus.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Strong communication and language skills

· Attention to detail

· General knowledge of motorcycles, watercraft, UTVs and ATVs (We will train you)

· Flexibility to switch gears with little notice

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Comfort interacting with a wide range of people and personalities

· Strong follow-up and organization skills

· Positive and enthusiastic attitude
