We are looking for a full-time physician assistant with real world work experience as a dermatology PA to become part of our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant Certified at Florida Dermatology Specialists located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a dermatologist. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, performing dermatological procedures, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients on preventive skin care. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintaining accurate patient records.


Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in dermatology and patient assessment with real world work experience in dermatology as a physician assistant
  • Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures
  • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Excellent patient education and communication skills
  • Experience in maintaining accurate patient records
  • Licensed and certified as a Physician Assistant
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in using ModMed electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or similar, and certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • SDPA certification is a plus
