We are enthusiastically searching for a Lawn Service Technician who can efficiently complete their route each month and who is interested in expanding their route through new customer sales. If you are not familiar with the pest control industry that’s okay! We offer paid training so you can be successful in this socially distanced position. This person would need to develop rapport with customers as well as office support staff to provide optimum customer service. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, team players, detail oriented, and good problem solvers. QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to successfully complete knowledge assessments after 12‐day Lawn training class
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Fluency in English, with ability to read, speak, write
• Previous work experience demonstrating customer service skills, resolving customer problems, etc.
• Route work experience preferred.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication skills
• Punctuality – able to timely keep scheduled appointments + timely complete monthly route
• Safely drive company vehicle to customer sites to perform lawn, ornamental + tree service.
• Pride in work
• Ability to upsell current customers
