Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across various educational levels, from Pre-K through high school. This role provides a chance to work within a dynamic school environment in Wesley Chapel, FL, delivering critical speech and language services to diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student improvement, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive student support strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with early childhood through high school-aged students.
• Familiarity with speech and language development milestones and challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
