We are seeking a friendly and organized bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist to join our growing healthcare team. You must have social media proficiency (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). We are an upscale plastic surgery center located in Brickell. You will work at the front desk of our medical office and assist our patients and other visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and other visitors when they arrive
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary
- Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and check them over to ensure that required fields are completed properly
- Collect payments from patients
- Manage the social media presence of the practice (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) posting of creative content daily
- Manage inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinate reordering
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this position
- 1+ years of experience working in a medical office
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
