Automotive Service Advisor / Mobile Technician Coordinator

$60,000–$100,000 Annual Earning Potential (Performance-Based)

Lakeland Auto Mall is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor / Mobile Technician Coordinator to support our growing Mobile Service program. This role is ideal for Service Advisors, Assistant Service Managers, or dealership customer service professionals seeking career growth in a structured, customer-focused service environment with less drive-lane pressure and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate mobile service appointments and daily repair workflows
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding maintenance and service recommendations
• Prepare, present, and explain repair estimates
• Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with mobile service technicians and service leadership
• Help maintain strong CSI scores and service quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a dealership service department (Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or service-related customer support role)
• Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
