Job Description

We are hiring maintenance personnel to join a fantastic team. The position is in the south Fort Myers area. It is full-time, 40 hours per week, $20.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for promptly completing work orders and other required tasks, including light painting/touch-up, yard cleaning, and power washing and cleaning the clubhouse. A friendly and professional attitude is needed to service the homeowners in this beautiful community.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders promptly
Property clean-up duties
Power washing
Lawn and tree trimming
Light painting/touch up

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license to apply
