Hourly Rate: $33–$46/hour (based on years of experience)

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ICU RN will leverage strong clinical judgment, evidence-based practices, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (Florida license required within 60 days of hire)

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
-
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (MICU, SICU, or CSU experience considered)

Prior acute care hospital experience strongly required

Excellent critical-thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Required Certifications
-
AHA BLS – Required
-
AHA ACLS – Required within 6 months of hire/transfer
-
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – Required within 6 months of hire/transfer
Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill ICU patients

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Continuously monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including test results and clinical assessments

Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and individualized care plans
-
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
