Part Time Nanny / Family Assistant in Sorrento FL (Guaranteed 28–32 Hours/Week)
Compensation: $25 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
A kind and busy family in Sorrento, FL is seeking a warm, attentive, and proactive Nanny/Family Assistant to support the care of their 2 children (2 and 5 years old) and assist with light household tasks. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organized, and comfortable working alongside a parent who is often home.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday or Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Guaranteed 28–32 hours per week

Open to occasional weekend hours for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage the 2-year-old in age-appropriate, developmentally supportive activities
- Assist the parent during personal time (e.g., workouts, showers)
- Tidy play areas and common spaces
- Load and unload the dishwasher
- Laundry
- Declutter and organize toys and children's items
- Maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing environment

No driving or deep cleaning required
Qualifications:
- Experience with toddlers, especially those with developmental delays, preferred
- Warm, flexible, and respectful of boundaries in a parent-present environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable performing light household duties
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Non-smoker
- Must have reliable transportation (parking is available at the home)
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- Must have U.S. work authorization
