Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Foodservice Appliance Technician to join our team. This hourly-based full-time position offers competitive earning potential, including commissions of up to 25%. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas, delivering timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose, service, and repair commercial foodservice appliances

· Execute service calls independently with precision and efficiency

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal teams

· Prepare comprehensive and accurate service documentation for each job completed

· Collaborate effectively with dispatch and support staff to optimize scheduling

· Provide mentorship to fellow technicians as necessary

Required Equipment Experience

Candidates must have proven experience in servicing a variety of commercial hot and cold foodservice appliances, such as:

· Ice machines

· Steamers and dishwashers

· Hot and cold well tables

· Reach-in refrigerators and freezers

· Combi-ovens, tilt skillets, and hot boxes

· Deep fryers, slicers, and milkshake machines

· Other standard commercial kitchen equipment

Qualifications

· EPA 608 Universal certification (required)

· 3–5 years of direct experience in commercial foodservice and refrigeration appliance repair

· Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing multiple types of commercial units

· Superior customer service skills and professional communication abilities

· Strong work ethic and capacity for independent performance

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Successful completion of a background check

· Possession of necessary personal tools for the role

Pay: Up to $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
