Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy is seeking a dynamic Admissions Administrator to combine a love for the beauty industry, education, and helping future industry professionals get started on their career path.

Directly located off of Cross Creek in New Tampa, we have an extremely busy facility. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of administrative and/or admissions experience and two years of customer service experience. This position provides an already established schedule that is extremely fast-paced.

We are looking for an Admissions Administrator to efficiently and effectively help us create more jobs within our community. We are looking for an applicant who can coordinate prospective student tour schedules, is quick on the computer, can perform administrative duties related to the enrollment process, can maintain an energetic wow experience with every prospective student, and can capitalize on the positive reputation of the academy. Must have a hospitality driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

Job expectations include:

  • Operate the Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Operate as our first impressions/first line of contact professionally
  • Maintain, maximize, and manage lead records in an productive, effective, and timely manner according to company protocol
  • Schedule, follow up, and conduct academy tours to prospective students
  • Notate prospective student accounts
  • Maintain compliance with company, state, national accreditation, and federal education policies, laws, rules and regulations
  • Interview prospective students according to the academy application process and core values
  • Complete initial admissions onboarding process
  • Create student accounts in the Student information System
  • Administer Dolly Monroe Catalogs, collateral and documentation to prospective students according to their progress through our lead management system
  • Collect required admissions documentation in accordance with the academy enrollment procedures, rules and regulations, privacy, and
  • Communicate, follow up, respond to and remain connected with prospective students in a professional manner by Lead Calls, Emails, Text Messages in a timely manner according to company policy and procedures
  • Manage leads by source of Facebook, Instagram & Company Website
  • Capture student photos
