• Drive measurable reduction in defect escape rates relative to 2025 baseline metrics.
• Define, track, and report quality KPIs including escape rate, automation coverage, test effectiveness, and cycle time.
• Implement risk-based testing strategies appropriate for complex, long-lived systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~8 QA engineers across the U.S. and India.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to embed quality leadership into sprint and release planning.
• Expand and harden automated test suites across UI, API, integration, and regression layers.
• Apply AI-driven techniques for test generation, prioritization, defect prediction, and root-cause analysis.
• Integrate QA execution into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support Jira-based teams as needed.
• Ensure QA practices support deployments across Azure public cloud, private cloud, and on‑prem environments.
• Partner with Compliance, Security, and Operations to support audits and regulated releases.
• Lead root-cause analysis for escaped defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked.
What You Bring
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a QA leadership or management role.
• Deep experience with Microsoft-centric application stacks (.NET, SQL Server, Windows-based services, Azure).
• Proven success reducing defect escape rates in complex or legacy enterprise systems.
• Strong background in test automation and CI/CD integration, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience piloting or applying AI-assisted QA or software delivery techniques.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably healthcare.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Preferred: experience with physician revenue cycle software, PE-backed portfolios, hybrid cloud/on‑prem deployments, and using quality metrics to drive organizational behavior change.
