RN Nurse Manager - Med Surg - Atlantis, FL (Sign-On Bonus available)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Days (No Weekends)
Work Setting: Hospital / Medical-Surgical Unit
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a 32-36 bed medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to drive quality patient care in a busy acute care environment.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee nursing services for the unit 24/7

Lead, supervise, and mentor clinical staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment

Manage staffing, scheduling, and personnel utilization effectively

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards

Partner with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Coordinators to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
-
Active Florida RN license or compact license (meeting Florida eligibility requirements)

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current BLS and ACLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

Minimum 2 years of charge nurse, clinical nurse coordinator, or nurse manager experience in an acute care setting
