Lead the Future of Irrigation Operations:
We're hiring an Irrigation Manager to oversee and enhance the irrigation division in Lake Worth. This is a client-facing leadership role—ideal for someone who knows irrigation systems inside and out but thrives in front of the client more than behind the controller. You'll oversee revenue north of $1M and manage a 25-person team across both route-based and client-dedicated irrigation crews.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily irrigation operations across multiple client sites

Supervise, mentor, and deploy a team of ~25 irrigation technicians

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-touch clients, including upselling services

Monitor and manage irrigation schedules and central control systems (Universal, Rain Bird, etc.)

Maintain and improve service quality using Aspire software

Optimize technician deployment and support site supervisors in daily execution

Ensure system efficiency, water conservation, and adherence to industry standards
Qualifications:

5–7+ years in irrigation management within the commercial landscaping industry

Experience managing teams of 15+ field staff

Deep knowledge of central control systems and high-complexity properties (e.g., resorts, HOAs)

Proven ability to build client trust and generate revenue through upsells

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with Aspire or similar operational software preferred

Valid FL Driver's License

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000+ depending on experience
