Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract Options
Pay Range: $47$55/hour (Based on experience, licensure, and employment path)

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based position in Niceville, FL for the 20252026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with students, helping them improve mobility, independence, and participation in the school environment.

Employment Options

Local W-2 (Blazer Jobs): School-year placement (AugustMay), weekly pay based on experience, full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401(k) with employer match, CEU reimbursement and professional development, dedicated school support team
Travel W-2 or 1099: Flexible contracts (semester or 412 weeks), weekly gross $1,750$2,050+, tax-free stipends for housing and meals (if eligible), travel and licensure reimbursement, multistate licensure support available

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations to assess students physical and functional needs
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services to K12 students in individual and group sessions
Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student outcomes

Requirements

Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)
Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
