We are seeking a Director of Sales for Home Health And Hospice , Behavioral Health Billing /Collections Services!

You will be responsible on identifying new Home Health/Hospice/Behavioral Health companies to come on for services and closing them. This includes follow up and any implementation on getting the companies active effectively who need Billing/Collections/Coding Services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new Home Health and Hospice clients across key US markets

• Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies (email, social, conferences, networking, etc.)

• Build and maintain relationships with agency owners, administrators, and decision-makers

• Represent Synergy at relevant industry events, trade shows, and webinars

• Track and analyze KPIs to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion

• Collaborate with leadership to align business development goals with service capacity and offering

• Provide a list daily of contacted Providers
• Evaluating time and working with potential agencies through process.
• Provide Details on Synergy Consulting Services to perspective clients.
• Coordinate the approval process of the contract
• Finding and identifying new Companies to provide services
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses

✅ Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in home health, hospice, or healthcare services

• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and home care operations is a major plus

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a track record of closing deals

• Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual outreach platforms, and working independently

• Willing to travel occasionally to target markets and industry events

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with the sales cycle
• Home Healthcare and Hospice experience
• Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
• Successfully selling products/services
