Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join a reputable 200-bed munity hospital in Naples, FL. This is a night-shift position with a consistent 7on/7off schedule, running from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Perform order verification and ensure accurate dispensing of medications
</li>
<li>
Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee workflow
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
</li>
<li>
Utilize various pharmacy systems and drug databases such as Clinical Pharmacology and Micromedex
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Active Florida Pharmacist license (in good standing)
</li>
<li>
Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (BSPharm or PharmD)
</li>
<li>
1-2 years of experience as a staff pharmacist in a hospital setting
</li>
<li>
Proficient in Automated Dispensing Machines (ADM) and pharmacy software systems
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical judgment and munication skills
</li>
