Compensation:
$45,500 - $100,100 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and evidence-based counseling to clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging open dialogue and peer support among participants.
- Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling to diverse client populations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Proven track record of conducting thorough mental health assessments and tailoring interventions.
- Strong commitment to maintaining accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in therapy.
- Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, promoting open dialogue, and providing peer support.
- Ability to offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
- Florida Registered Intern or Full Licensure REQUIRED. Students should not apply.
