PCB Technician
PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembler to support our client's assembly and production operations.
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Responsibilities:
- Construct PCB assemblies according to specifications and engineering diagrams.
- Perform inspections on completed PCB assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Repair faulty PCB assemblies to restore functionality and performance.
- Modify PCB assemblies as needed to accommodate engineer changes or updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, reporting any safety concerns or obstructions to the Safety Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, or related electronics manufacturing field is preferred.
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques and ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adherence to safety protocols and willingness to report any safety hazards promptly.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and occasional lifting/moving of materials.
