Work Objective:
As a Front Desk Supervisor for the Athletic Club, you will ensure that the front desk team delivers a consistent and exceptional member experience to all members, prospective members, guest, and team members.
Essential Functions:

- Responsible for registration/check in of members and guests, to include a friendly greeting and accurate check in process, ensuring security.
- Handle opening and closing of Club as needed.
- Practice and adhere to Raving Fans Service Standards.
- Ensure club is free of hazards and safety concerns are handled immediately.
- Operate CSI – Club Software System.
- Must be knowledgeable of all Club programs and events. Register/accept payments for Club programs and events.
- Responsible for selling of merchandise in pro-shop.
- Answer questions and promotes events to members and staff maintaining Raving Fan Service Standards, and answer phones in friendly manner.
- Occasionally conduct Locker Room checks to ensure upkeep and cleanliness and quality standards.
- Deposit of daily cash receipts.
- Occasionally complete MOD Report and acts as MOD of club.
- Attends monthly Team Meetings.
- Maintains inventory, to include pro-shop items, food & beverage, and towels.
- Assist with training of new Front Desk employees.
- Assist FD Manager with any areas needed.
- Maintain FD information folder keep info up to date.
- Cross train with other departments in the Club.
- Work closely with other departments (House Keeping, Floor, Membership, etc.) to efficiently run day to day operations.
- Assist with supervision of Front Desk staff and scheduling.
Education:
- High School diploma
- Associate degree preferred
Qualifications:
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company.
- Clear and professional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, demands, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through.
- Two or more years of Front Desk experience a plus
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
