Job Description

In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions. You will work closely with business units to ensure seamless IT operations and contribute to the optimization of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in resolving IT-related issues for end users.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure efficiency.
Identify and fix technical problems within web networks and software.
Maintain records of system configurations and technical procedures.
Work with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Support IT security measures and ensure compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
1-2 years of experience or exposure in IT support or IT internships.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications such as Microsoft Asure, CompTIA A+, Network+ (optional)

A level 2 background check is required for employment with True Vet Solutions.
