Position: Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: Onsite – St. Petersburg
Duration: 3–6 Months (with possible extension or temp-to-hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with flexibility for meetings, customers & events)

Overview:

The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and supporting the Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) team. This position ensures smooth front-desk operations, visitor management, administrative support, and compliance with safety and security protocols in line with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Visitor Management:

  • Greet and direct all clients, visitors, and vendors courteously and efficiently.

  • Manage the reception area and serve as the main contact point for incoming guests.

  • Monitor meeting room bookings via Outlook and ensure proper visitor escorting protocols are followed.

  • Create visitor badges and ensure CDAs (Confidential Disclosure Agreements) are in place and submitted.

  • Answer incoming calls, retrieve and respond to voicemails, and redirect inquiries appropriately.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage mailroom operations, including sorting/distributing mail and handling FedEx/UPS shipments.

  • Order and arrange refreshments for business meetings, audits, and site visits.

  • Maintain front office supplies, including coffee stations and printer paper/toner.

  • Assist with creating, editing, and managing correspondence using Microsoft Office tools.

Security & Safety Support:

  • Enter safety concerns into the Intelex system and support emergency drill coordination.

  • Assist the Site Security Leader with badge access and system administration.

  • Monitor activity in the reception area, report suspicious behavior, and uphold security protocols.

  • Maintain and distribute visitor brochures and other front gate materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 1–2 years of customer service experience required.

    • 3–5 years of experience in a security or safety-related role preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

    • Intermediate to advanced computer and system navigation skills.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

    • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
