Enrollment Specialist
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite)
Compensation: $55,000 $60,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (Onsite only no hybrid or remote)

Position Summary
The Enrollment Specialist plays a critical role in helping families join The Learning Experience. Based at our Deerfield Beach headquarters, this onsite, full-time position drives center enrollment growth by converting inquiries into scheduled tours and completed registrations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales or customer service experience, and a passion for helping families find the right childcare solution.

Youll serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, delivering warm, professional support through phone, email, and text communication. Youll also coach Center Directors on how to give engaging tours, follow up effectively, and increase registration conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Convert childcare inquiries into tours and enrollments for assigned centers.
Manage inbound and outbound family communication via phone, email, and text.
Track and report metrics including tours booked, show rates, and enrollment conversions.
Execute targeted email and text campaigns to re-engage families and nurture open leads.
Coach Center Directors on touring and closing best practices to improve local performance.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to address enrollment gaps.
Represent The Learning Experience brand with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment, ideally in a contact center.
Experience in childcare, early education, or franchise operations preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving conversion and enrollment goals.
Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and text marketing tools.
Experience coaching or supporting others in customer-facing roles.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Willingness to travel to center locations as needed.
