Hi, I’m Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike’s in Palm Beach Gardens.
We’re building a high-performance, growth-centered team, and we’re hiring Shift Leaders who want more than a job — we want people who want to grow, earn more, and help us build something special.
Shift Leaders earn $18–$20/hr. base + tips, and our team typically earns an additional $5–$7/hr in tips, bringing most shifts to around $23–$27/hr. total.
What You’ll Do
Shift Leaders help run the shop: supervising shifts, supporting the team, training new hires, and ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and cared for. You’ll be hands-on, set the tone, and help create the best-run Jersey Mike’s in the system.

Path A — Jersey Mike’s Leadership Track

Assistant Manager → General Manager → Multi-Unit Operator / Regional Manager → Future Franchise Owner
You’ll always know the next step and what it takes to get there.
Path B — Venture LAS Group Leadership Track
For team members who want to expand beyond the restaurant.
