- Need someone deep in WebX, Cisco, Contact center in cloud.
- No admin, wants someone who can build a solution, implement it, very little oversight
- Self-starter, someone who can speak with stakeholders
- Migration/integration experience (they will be migrating phone systems to a new cloud-based system in this project)
