Title: Law Clerk / Paralegal Internship – Collections &amp; Litigation Practice Firm: Orlans Law Group

Orlans Law Group is a multi-state law firm recognized for its innovative approach and strong reputation in collections and litigation. We are seeking motivated law students and paralegal interns to join our Florida team.
 
Position Details:
<ul>
<li>Paid position: $18–$20/hour</li>
<li>Part-time or full-time (minimum 15 hours/week)</li>
<li>Flexible schedule; remote work options available</li>
<li>Opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain hands-on litigation experience</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist with document preparation and court filings</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and draft pleadings</li>
<li>Support case management and client communications</li>
<li>Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on collections and litigation matters</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Current law student (2L or 3L) or enrolled in a paralegal program</li>
<li>Strong academic background in Contracts, Civil Procedure, and Legal Writing</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn</li>
<li>Notary certification and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus</li>
</ul>
