This opportunity is designed for individuals ready to build a long-term, full-time real estate career in an in-person, team-based environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work from the local office and in the field within the surrounding market
• Learn and execute a proven 18-year sales system
• Build and grow your own book of business
• Develop long-term relationships with repeat buyers
• Negotiate contracts and close transactions

TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Hands-on training with a senior agent
• Ongoing coaching and mentorship
• Training focused on teaching agents how to generate and grow their own business
• Leadership opportunities filled from within

INCOME POTENTIAL

• Some agents earn six figures in year one
• Average first-year income: ~$90,000
• Many agents' double income in year two
• (Commission-only; no salary or hourly pay)

Based in the NetWorth Realty of Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Florida office.
