Tile Installer – Full Time
Northern Integrity Tile & Stone, Inc. – Collier & Lee County, FL

Pay: $20–$35/hr based on experience
Employment Type: W2, Full-Time
Location: Job sites throughout Collier & Lee County (Naples, Marco Island, Estero, Fort Myers)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for tile installation (self-leveling, dry pack mud, etc.)

• Install various tile and stone materials on floors, walls, and showers

• Work with waterproofing, crack isolation, and uncoupling membranes

• Perform detailed layouts with accuracy

• Grout, caulk, and finish to high-end standards

• Keep a clean and safe jobsite

• Follow project schedules and coordinate with other trades

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of tile and stone installation experience

• Ability to prep substrates using standard industry methods

• Knowledge of shower systems and waterproofing

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• CTEF Certified Tile Installer (or willing to become certified)

• Familiarity with high-end residential installations

• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
