What You'll Do:
- Assist in installing HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and fiberglass ductwork for commercial construction projects.
- Work closely with experienced technicians to gain valuable on-the-job training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites.
Who We're Looking For:
- Energetic and reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Quick learners with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to grow.
- Experience in other trades (electrical, plumbing, automotive, roofing, etc.) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year experience in a trade
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on active construction sites.
