Responsibilities
- Interview prospective tenants and record qualification information
- Conduct property tours showcasing model units and amenities
- Discuss property features and lease terms with potential tenants
- Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
- Conduct periodic property inspections and arrange maintenance
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills with an outgoing personality
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting property features
- Attention to detail for lease processing and administrative tasks
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Enjoy working with the general public and in various weather conditions
