The Role
As a PDG Dental Assistant, you are essential to creating a seamless patient journey — from welcome, to treatment, to providing a seamless checkout experience. You will support doctors clinically, keep the schedule flowing smoothly, and ensure every patient feels known, cared for, and confident in their treatment plan.
You will:
- Assist the doctor during all clinical procedures
- Prepare operatories and patients according to PDG standards
- Take high-quality, accurate radiographs, as well as wellness scan using Itero technology
- Chart thoroughly and in real time
- Support treatment flow and communication
- Escort patients to checkout and recap care clearly
- Maintain sterilization and operatory standards
- Manage lab cases and clinical follow-up
- Contribute to a clean, organized, efficient environment
- Actively participate in huddles, systems, and growth

Position Details:
Position Type: Full Time Monday-Friday. We are not open Saturdays.
Experience: 1+ year preferred. EFDA preferred.
