We are seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator with proven experience handling a variety of construction and earthmoving machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and expertise in operating equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and other heavy machinery. Drug test is mandatory for all operators.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment to complete construction, excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks.

• Conduct pre-operational inspections and perform routine maintenance checks on machinery.

• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors to complete assignments on time.

• Load and unload materials efficiently while minimizing waste and equipment wear.

• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or hazards immediately.

• Adhere strictly to company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
