Assembly Technician
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 1+ years
Pay Rate: $16 /HR USD
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and parts efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and blueprints. This role requires manual dexterity, a focus on quality, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.

Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.

Inspect parts and finished products for defects and report any issues to a supervisor.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is a plus.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.

Familiarity with common hand and power tools.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
