We partner with top contractors across South Florida to provide skilled tradesmen for a variety of key projects. We are currently seeking a Carpenter Helper / Skilled Construction Laborer for a long-term project in West Palm Beach, FL.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter Helper or Semi-Skilled Construction Laborer with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, able to pass a background check and drug test, and have their own reliable transportation. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant construction projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with carpentry work and other general construction tasks as needed.
  • Remove debris and maintain a clean worksite.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and assist with deliveries.
  • Assemble and disassemble temporary structures such as scaffolding.
  • Perform physical labor tasks as directed by the site foreman.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in carpentry or semi-skilled construction labor.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid ID and reliable transportation required.
  • Must have personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hardhat.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and carry bulky items.
