LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Property Manager on behalf of a well-established real estate firm in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence across a commercial portfolio.

About the Role

The selected candidate will oversee a growing portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring seamless operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including budgeting, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

  • Lead CAM reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.

  • Utilize Yardi Voyager (including pay scan/procure-to-pay and maintenance modules) for property management tasks.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and support staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed (local presence required).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in commercial property management.

  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is required; experience with Commercial Café and Excel (basic formulas) is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A four-year degree is appreciated but not required.

  • Must reside in or near Broward County to ensure timely response to property needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary up to $120,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • In-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
