LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Property Manager on behalf of a well-established real estate firm in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence across a commercial portfolio.
About the Role
The selected candidate will oversee a growing portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring seamless operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including budgeting, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Lead CAM reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.

Utilize Yardi Voyager (including pay scan/procure-to-pay and maintenance modules) for property management tasks.

Collaborate with senior leadership and support staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed (local presence required).
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in commercial property management.

Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is required; experience with Commercial Café and Excel (basic formulas) is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A four-year degree is appreciated but not required.

Must reside in or near Broward County to ensure timely response to property needs.

Work Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
