SPONA (Service Partners of North America) is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and lead new and existing sales representatives in selling fiber-optic internet services. This role is ideal for someone with a background in direct sales and a passion for teaching and motivating others.
Responsibilities:

Train new Sales Executives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance

Shadow and coach reps in the field

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews

Motivate your team to meet and exceed quotas

Help shape a winning sales culture
Requirements:

Prior experience in sales (door-to-door, telecom, or related field preferred)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to close deals and train others to do the same

Reliable transportation

Ability to travel within the territory
