Rechtien International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable Service Writer (Advisor) to join our team at our Riviera Beach location.

Position Summary:

• Can ascertain truck problems and services required as per customer's description of issue; able to conduct inspection.
• Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
• Develops estimates; prepares repair orders (RO).
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of truck; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns.
• Semi-monthly Salary paid with monthly bonus.
• Experience using a Dealer Management System (DMS) is a Plus.
• Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude.;
