Job Description

We're looking for a Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while working in a fun, energetic clinic environment. This onsite role gives you the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team of pediatric therapy professionals helping children reach their highest potential.

With a competitive salary ranging from $80,000+ per year, plus benefits like Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off, CEU and Student Loan reimbursement & a $10,000 sign-on bonus! You'll be supported both personally and professionally. At Wee Care, we value flexibility, teamwork, and growth - so you can focus on doing what you love while continuing to develop in your career.

Wee Care Pediatric Therapy: What drives us

Founded in 2017, Wee Care was created to bridge the gap between early intervention, preschool, and clinic-based services. No matter the child's age, we believe therapy should happen where it counts most - in environments that foster learning, confidence, and independence.

What you'll do as a Pediatric Physical Therapist

As a Full-Time Pediatric PT, your days will be filled with variety and purpose. You'll:

  • Assess gross motor skills and functional mobility needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to promote strength, coordination, and independence.
  • Implement creative, play-based interventions that keep kids engaged and motivated.
  • Track progress and adjust plans to ensure measurable results.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support carryover of skills at home and in the community.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking a PT who has:

  • A valid Georgia Physical Therapy License (PT).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with children, families, and other therapists.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and patience to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs.
  • A passion for pediatric therapy and helping children reach their full potential.

New grads are welcome - we'll provide the mentorship, teamwork, and encouragement you need to thrive!

Ready to start your career making a difference?
If you meet the requirements and are excited to work in a supportive, playful, and professional environment, we'd love to meet you.
