3rd Shift Production Worker – Sarasota, FL

Adecco Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturing facility in the Sarasota area. This is an opportunity with great potential for long-term employment and career growth.

Job Details:

  • Location: Sarasota, FL (on-site parking available; no public transportation access)

  • Shift: 10PM - 6:30AM

  • Pay: $16.25/hour

  • Overtime: Yes

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate small hand tools and production equipment

  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

  • Transport products between production stages

  • Identify and report defective products

  • Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and department processes

  • Support team leads and cross-train in various departments

  • Perform data entry and maintain production records

  • Lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for extended periods

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced setting

  • Basic computer skills and ability to read/write in English

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Pay Details: $16.25 per hour
